These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theonegroup.info (the "Site") and the services provided by The One Group ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The One Group provides AI automation, AI visibility/optimization, competitor intelligence, and AI coaching services to businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in each engagement's proposal or agreement.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information through our forms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by or licensed to The One Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services are as described in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due per the agreed schedule. Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific terms of your engagement agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The One Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The One Group and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

These terms apply to The One Group's text message program (including our Family Assistant service). By opting in, you agree to the following:

  • Opt-in: You may opt in to receive text messages by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to our number, or by providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The One Group.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages you request or that are necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

  • No purchase required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
