Background

Alec is a South Florida sales and business-operations professional. He's spent his career around the day-to-day of running and growing a business — how work actually gets done, where time leaks out, and what owners need to see to make decisions.

He founded The One Group to bring that operational view to AI: not selling software, but figuring out where AI genuinely fits, building it around the tools a business already uses, and making sure a team actually adopts it.

Hands-on, on his own operations

Alec builds and runs the same kind of workflows he'd build for a client — including on The One Group's own operations. Research, outreach drafting, CRM logging, and a weekly management-report pipeline all run on AI workflows he set up himself. You can see one of them end to end on theworking examplepage. These are internal projects on our own operations, not client results, and they're labeled that way.
