A few common questions
Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?
You can, and for many one-off questions it is the right tool. What's different here is the judgment and the work around it: deciding where AI fits in your business, choosing tools, building it into the systems you already run, training your team, and keeping it working as things change. That is the ongoing job we take on.
What is included each month?
A direct point of contact, a prioritized improvement queue, a defined number of implementation hours agreed at onboarding, maintenance of the systems we've built, team guidance and training, and a monthly review of completed work and next steps. Maintenance and improvements run within the agreed monthly capacity; larger or new projects are quoted separately first.
Can you work with our existing software?
Usually, yes. We build around the tools you already use — email and forms, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets — rather than asking you to replace them. We confirm the specifics before anything is built.
How do you handle access and business data?
The systems run on your accounts, and your data stays yours. We use the least access needed to do the job, and we don't sell your data or use it to market to your customers. We don't claim compliance certifications we don't hold — if your field has specific requirements, raise it and we'll be straight with you.
What happens if something breaks?
Keeping agreed systems running is part of the ongoing service, so fixes are handled within your monthly capacity. Where a workflow can't decide something with confidence, it hands off to a person rather than guessing, and failures are logged so they don't disappear silently.
Who owns the systems and work?
The workflows we build run on your own accounts, so what they produce stays in your systems — your calendar, CRM, records, and data. We don't promise ownership of third-party software or transferable rights we don't hold.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Our maintenance and support end when the service ends. If you leave, client-owned workflows can keep running on your accounts, subject to your own software subscriptions and dependencies. We explain any provider-managed components and the handoff requirements before we start. There's no lock-in and nothing to buy to exit.
