- Billing: the $1,500 for AI Roadmap + First Implementation is a one-time fee.
- Ongoing service: month to month after that, with no lock-in.
- Quote: a fixed scope and quote are agreed before any work begins. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately.
- Ongoing service includes maintenance of the agreed systems and improvements within the agreed monthly capacity — a defined number of implementation hours agreed at onboarding.
- Support is by email, with a 48-hour response target during business hours, plus a scheduled monthly review.
- Larger or new projects are quoted separately before any work starts.
- You own your software and API costs; we implement and maintain on your accounts. Costs we don't control are itemized at cost.
- There is no 24/7 monitored service and no unlimited customisation.
- The workflow runs on your accounts — your email/forms, your calendar, your CRM.
- Your calendar, your customer records, and your data stay yours.
- We need access to set things up, and we use the least access needed to do the job.
- We do not claim any compliance certifications (for example, we do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, or FINRA compliance). If your field has specific requirements, raise it on the fit call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
- We don't sell your data or use it to market to your customers.
- Our maintenance and support end when the service ends.
- The workflows we build run on your own accounts, so what they produce stays in your systems. If you leave, client-owned workflows can keep running on your accounts, subject to your own software subscriptions and dependencies.
- We explain any provider-managed components and the handoff requirements before we start.
