Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

The One Group ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it's used and protected, and your rights. It applies to theonegroup.info and the services we provide.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us, book a fit call, or request help, we collect: name, email address, company name, phone number, and any message or details you choose to share (such as industry, goals, or budget).

Information Collected Automatically

If you accept cookies, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Plausible) to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referring sites. We use this to improve the site and our services. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide services you request.
  • To send you information about our services and relevant updates (only if you've engaged with us or subscribed).
  • To improve our website, content, and offerings.
  • To maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.

We never sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit you'll see a consent banner; analytics tools only load if you click Accept. You can decline, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data/localStorage.

Third-party tools we use include:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — audience measurement. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. plausible.io/privacy.
  • HubSpot — CRM; stores the lead information you submit via our forms.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact confirmations and notifications.
  • Calendly — scheduling consultations you book. Calendly's policy: calendly.com/privacy.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above as needed to operate our business (e.g., storing a lead in HubSpot or sending an email via Resend), and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information as long as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained per the relevant provider's retention policy. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR in the EU/UK and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email akennedy@theonegroup.info. We'll respond within the timeframe required by law. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services and website are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
